I was born and raised in Denver, which means I’m well acquainted with just about every Metro area neighborhood and its history, trends, and values. I even graduated from George Washington High School and the University of Colorado at Boulder.

Having been in the business for over 40 years, I have worked for some of the most well-known real estate firms in the city, including Perry & Butler, Cherry Creek Properties, and Heller-Mark. With a primary focus on residential buyers and sellers, my background also includes commercial transactions, appraisals, and investments for both residential and commercial properties.

During my career, I’ve built a reputation for my “above and beyond” level of service to clients thanks to my assiduous attention to detail. My specialty in real estate contracts allows me to ensure that each and every one of my clients is well represented with a contract that protects their interests. Every contract provision, amendment, and addendum is meticulously reviewed for accuracy and fairness.

As a result of my hard work, I’ve earned the Council of Residential Specialists (CRS) designation that is awarded to sales associates in the residential sales field with professional accomplishments in both experience and education. Since 1966, the CRS designation is conferred only on those agents who meet its stringent requirements. Additionally, as an MCNE (Master Certified Negotiation Expert) graduate, I have finished over 45 hours of specialized training on how to negotiate on your behalf.
